Ponce Builders Inc. was established in 1990 by Ramon Ponce
and his two sons Ramon Jr. and Alejandro. They originally
started working in there own investment properties. Jr. was a
financial consultant and Alejandro was a Realtor. Ramon senior
worked in the construction industry for over 20 yrs. and had the
know how on the remodeling aspect of the business. Together
they decided to invest in real estate and remodel the
properties. Soon after they hired licenced journeyman and
decided to try there business on the open market. Instant
success, their high quality work and affordable prices gave them
the edge. Fifteen years later the success story continues. We
now have 20 employees and still offer the competitive edge that
we originally targeted.
